Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic, with clean and comfy rooms, super friendly staff, and a great location close to the beach and restaurants. The dining options were a bit limited, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.
The hotel offers outstanding rooms with a separate sitting area, very nice comfortable bed, and an excellent large shower. The beautiful design is complemented by plush robes and complimentary tinctures and teas. The spa amenities are just ok. The location, in an Everglades-like old phosphorus strip-mining area, can be a bit odd, but it offers amazing food, drinks, and cabanas. The dining experience, while having fresh products, can be pricey at $25 for standard breakfast options. The service throughout the property is very kind and understanding of guests' concerns. Facilities are excellent, but due to the remote location, some issues with the cleanliness were noted.
The hotel rooms are quiet, comfortable, and very well thought out, providing ample space to relax and boasting large bathrooms, making it probably the best hotel room I've ever had. The design is beautiful, both thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing, with a fabulous bathroom. However, the dining options were a bit overpriced and limited in variety.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well-appointed, offering great views of the surrounding area and lakes. The service was exceptional, with staff members being very kind and making me feel like a valued guest. The location, although in a remote area reminiscent of the Everglades, provided a unique experience with amazing food and drinks. The dining options were satisfactory, but there were some minor issues with insects. Overall, the facilities were excellent, offering a great stay with a few small drawbacks.
The hotel had outstanding rooms with separate sitting areas and excellent showers, although the loud golfers near the soaking pools disrupted the usual relaxing vibe. The service was excellent throughout the resort and the golf courses. The location, while isolated in an Everglades-like area, was a drawback with some issues like gnats. The dining experience had a slight hangover from high prices even for standard options. The facilities offered plush amenities in a beautiful setting.
